SD03: "In the Middle of a Kiss" The trio's newly released CD is an artfully eclectic mix of romantic songs that beautifully illustrates the groups' extraordinary range of talents and repertoire. In reviews of "In the Middle of a Kiss" the Washington Post said "glowing interpretations help to make this session particularly alluring”, while O’s Place Jazz Magazine gave the new CD a five star (highest) rating.

The Satin Doll Trio is now at work on their forth CD (SD04) titled "Washington by Night" which will a live album scheduled for release in 2007. Live Performances In addition to their nightclub and concert performances the Satin Doll Trio also performs for many private events. In addition the traditional trio format, the group also performs as a four or five piece ensemble consisting of voice, guitar, bass, plus drums and/or saxophone, for certain events where a more "danceable" sound is desired.
